After looking at your post this quote made more sense to me:

It's interesting to view the elements you have posted. Michael the chief Archangel out of the group has air as you have posted. Air can strengthen or put out a fire, toss the sea where needed and help shape the earth and move it as it pleases. Then according to JS Gabriel is next in authority. It fits the elements you have described. Water can shape and form the earth and water can out out and smother a fire.... Very interesting post!
